Stavropolstroyoptorg was founded on 27th October in 1993. Today it is one of the biggest whole-retail companies in the south of Russia. The turnover of the company in 2010 was 17 024 812 $ per month . Fixed assets value is 5 107 444 $ these are: warehouses, open storage yards, production shops, approach railway lines and stock of cars, which counts more than 150 units.

There are two Exhibition halls on company' area. For agricultural sector' clients and drivers in Exhibition hall 1 are shown samples of agricultural machines, spare parts, tires and special liquids.
On October, 2007 was open official shop “Gaz-details”, in which range are more than 3000 items of original spare parts of OAO “GAZ” and co-operating enterprises, which supply details to production line.
For ease of choice among wide range of building materials, electrical products and tools of different classes opened Exhibition hall 2. Flooring materials, doors, illuminating equipment, sanitaryware items, shower cabins, bathroom furniture, ceramic tile, working clothes, fasteners, electric tools and many others are shown there.
QUALITY CONTROL DEPARTMENT
On May 2002 in company's structure was established Quality Control Department. There are Quality Service, Warranty section and Agricultural machines After-sales service in its' structure. Labware lack of analogous equipment in Stavropol region:

Engineers of Warranty section repair products of such brands as: Sturm, Энергомаш, Интерскол, Prorab, Stavtool. Also they realize after-sales service of gas boilers and water heaters, sold by Stavropolstroyoptorg.
Engineers of Agricultural machines After-sales service overhaul sold machines on company's territory and also go to farms of Stavropol and North Caucasian region.
CHIEF ENGINEER DEPARTMENT
In the staff of Chief Engineer Department work highly skilled specialists: technologists, constructors, machine operators, who use advanced technologies of repairing and reconditioning.
– they complete orders to manufacture non-standard equipment, stands, spare details;
– repair crankshafts, engines of Russian origin, cylinder blocks Kamaz, body parts.
– do rod and rolled metall flattening and cutting from coils to bars 4 -12 mm.
One of the important tasks of Engineer Department is ensuring of uninterrupted and quality operation of engineering transport: electric and diesel loaders, gantry cranes and beam cranes which are in company's and its subsidiaries' property.
